Seems win is not able to see the network adaptr. I tried to install the driver from the site and from CD but in both case seems they are not able to identify the device on my board. How can I show the idden devices in devices manager?

Windows started up just fine and I expected to see that I needed to install the chipset, installed the updated chip set but the device manager does NOT see the network adapter. Already tried latest killer nic drivers from site and msi site along with atheros drivers chip is based on. And in BIOS it seems enabled. I received this motherboard in the mail yesterday ,replacing a version silently older 1 year older than the one I just bought. Any posts are my own views!

O it is an hardware problem or software problem?? It shows the NIC as being disconnected. The screen that shows if you have USB and such plugged in. In device manager eghernet you can see in the screenshoot the lan is present hidden as disconnected: Sounds hardware to me if it’s not present in a linux distro too.

When trying to install the killer drivers I get an error message that no hardware exist to install the driver for. Try uninstalling the nic from device manager and all drivers whilst removing from the system. In many distros it is not identified, must use manual installing.
Just try the latest update for killer network driver: I have the NIC cable plugged into the router and confirmed that it works, put it in the laptop and I get blinky lights, put back ino the NIC on the motherboard and nothing. Only latest linux kernel support e killer adapter. I only take responsibility for what I say, not for what you understand. Search Google, many threads. Is it possible tha my power supply I’m not sure it is working well is not enought powerful to let the network adapter eethernet
