Also Epson doesn’t provide downloadable drivers for these printers as they come “in the box” with this server version. The issue you posted would be better suited in the TechNet Forums. You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number. I found some workarounds online, but the one that “worked” actually installed the printer locally on wjndows workstations.
